The Harlow Lifestyle Village $10,000 Reward Promotion provides eligible purchasers with a choice of a $10,000 Travel Voucher or a $10,000 Freedom Furniture Voucher when purchasing a completed Stage 1 home at Harlow Lifestyle Village, Rangiora. The promotion forms part of a marketing campaign and is designed to support the purchase of selected completed homes within the campaign period.

The promotion is available on selected completed Stage 1 homes at Harlow Lifestyle Village Rangiora only. Valid on new sale and purchase agreements signed between 1 February and 31 March 2026, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. This promotion is available to new purchasers only and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing agreements or previously signed contracts. A fully signed, unconditional sale and purchase agreement must be in place within the campaign period to qualify. The promotion is subject to availability and may be limited to specific homes. Harlow Lifestyle Village reserves the right to decline participation where eligibility criteria are not met.

Eligible purchasers may choose one of the following rewards:
‍$10,000 Travel Voucher, or $10,000 Freedom Furniture Voucher.

The reward choice must be confirmed at the time the sale and purchase agreement becomes unconditional. The promotion is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or a reduction in the purchase price. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, incentives, or promotions unless expressly approved in writing by Harlow Lifestyle Village. This promotion is not run in collaboration with Freedom Furniture.

The promotion is conditional on the sale and purchase agreement becoming unconditional within the campaign period. Harlow Lifestyle Village is not obligated to honour the promotion if the agreement does not become unconditional due to delays or actions by the purchaser, their financier, or legal representatives. If the agreement is cancelled, terminated, or does not proceed to settlement for any reason, the promotional reward will be forfeited. Final approval of the promotion is subject to standard Harlow Lifestyle Village sales processes.

Vouchers will be arranged following settlement of the property unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Freedom Furniture Voucher is redeemable at the Freedom Furniture Moorhouse, Christchurch store only and is subject to Freedom Furniture’s standard voucher terms and conditions. The Travel Voucher is redeemable at approved Travel & Holiday businesses only, as advised at the time of issue. Harlow Lifestyle Village is not responsible for any limitations, expiry dates, or conditions imposed by voucher providers.

The promotion is subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn at Harlow Lifestyle Village’s discretion at any time prior to the sale and purchase agreement becoming unconditional. Harlow Lifestyle Village is not responsible for delays or issues relating to voucher supply or redemption that are outside its control.

Harlow Lifestyle Village is not responsible for any tax implications that may arise for the purchaser as a result of this promotion.
