2025 has been a milestone year for Harlow Lifestyle Village. With new residents joining the community, Stage One completed, the Residents Lounge officially opened, and strong progress on Stage Two, the village has continued to grow in both size and spirit. It has been a year filled with progress, connection, and plenty to celebrate.
A Look Back at a Milestone Year for Harlow Lifestyle Village
WELCOMING SIX NEW RESIDENTS
One of the highlights of the year was welcoming six new residents to the Harlow community. Watching the village fill with friendly faces has been incredibly rewarding. Each resident brings their own story and personality, and it has been wonderful seeing them settle in and become part of life here in Rangiora.
STAGE ONE OFFICIALLY COMPLETE
Stage One has shaped the foundation of Harlow Lifestyle Village, and we are proud of this major milestone. The villas, pathways and landscaping have come together to create a peaceful, modern and easy living environment for those seeking comfort, quality and connection in Rangiora. Seeing residents enjoy these completed homes has been a key highlight of the year.
OPENING THE RESIDENTS LOUNGE
This year we also opened our new Residents Lounge, a warm and welcoming space designed for connection and community. It has quickly become a favourite spot for morning teas, casual catch ups and relaxed gatherings. You will see more group activities, events and shared moments taking place here as the village continues to grow.

STAGE TWO CONSTRUCTION MOVING AHEAD
Construction on Stage Two commenced in late 2025, with earthworks well underway and the slabs of the new homes now being poured. This next stage includes eleven new homes designed for modern, low maintenance living that suits the lifestyle many over 55s are looking for in Canterbury. Stage Two remains on track for completion in mid 2026.
LOOKING FORWARD TO 2026
As we close out the year, we are grateful for everything that has taken shape at Harlow. With new residents, a growing village and strong momentum across the development, 2026 is set to be another exciting year for our community at Harlow Lifestyle Village.
